Terms of Service

Agreement

These terms form an agreement between you (or the business you represent) and [Registered legal entity name] (“CloseKaro”). By creating an account or using CloseKaro you accept them. If you accept on behalf of a business, you confirm you are authorised to bind it.

The service

CloseKaro researches the offer you give it, generates AI buyers, hosts voice roleplay calls with them and scores those calls. AI buyers and feedback are generated by machine-learning models: they are training aids, can be wrong, and are not a guarantee of sales results.

Accounts

Keep your login details secure and tell us promptly about any unauthorised use. Workspace owners are responsible for the users they invite and for having the right to add their data to CloseKaro.

Acceptable use

Do not use CloseKaro to break the law, to upload content you have no right to use, to generate abusive or deceptive material, to probe or overload our systems, to reverse-engineer the service, or to build a competing product.

Your data

You own the offer information, recordings and transcripts in your workspace. You grant us a licence to process them only to provide, secure and improve the service for you, as described in our Privacy Policy. We do not use your workspace data to train buyers for other customers.

Plans and billing

The Starter plan is free and includes a limited number of practice minutes. Paid plans are billed monthly in advance, per closer or as agreed in your order, and can be cancelled at any time with effect from the end of the current billing period. Fees are exclusive of applicable taxes such as GST. Unused minutes do not roll over unless your plan says so.

Availability and changes

We work to keep CloseKaro available but do not promise uninterrupted service. We may change features over time; if we remove something material from a paid plan, we will give you notice.

Liability

CloseKaro is provided “as is” to the extent the law allows. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost deals or revenue. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Termination

You can stop using CloseKaro and close your account at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that breach these terms. On closure you can export your data for 30 days, after which we delete it as described in the Privacy Policy.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at [City], India have exclusive jurisdiction.
